Order Flowers
Naturally Wild | Abundant | Seasonal
We work with a network of British Flower Farmers to ensure, the highest quality stems grown from around the UK; we also work with imported flowers when necessary, from our trusted family-owned wholesalers at New Covent Garden Market.
We don’t have set designs from which to choose because we love to be able to use the best of whats available to really celebrate seasonal blooms, and allow our designers the freedom to let the flowers do the talking. That is why there is the option to let us know what or who the flowers are for, so we can understand a little better the message you are conveying with the flowers.
Order Wine
Sustainably Created | Delicious | Made by Passionate People
In the gigantic world of wine, how do we choose which ones become part of our Vines collection…? Well it has to be said there is no one specific route or technique as to finding the wines we want to feature.
Firstly we have to LOVE it, and it must taste like something we would be happy to give as a gift, take to a friends house and be happy to serve to someone we’ve just met.
Secondly we have several long-standing relationships with some of the most revered wine wholesalers based in London, whose knowledge and extensive research into their producers means we are in safe hands with their recommendations.
Thirdly, we like to work directly with the vineyards and producers, or collectives - getting to know the people behind the wines allow us to know exactly who we are selling the wine for, knowing why they are so passionate about the wines they create and what makes their bottles different & special compared to all the other competition.
Lastly, we let the universe bring to us producers from all over - whenever anyone tells us they know a producer here, there and everywhere; we strive to make a connection and sample the wines we find… if we love it, it’s coming into our collection. This happens IRL but also via social media & connections made online… for instance Sandridge Barton came into our radar, because we visited the Flowers Exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, one of the artworks really spoke to Philippa, she found the artist, Sophie Mess, on Instagram, and saw that she had recently created the artwork for the vineyards “Don’t Feed the Ponies” range of experimental & low-interventional wines supporting the preservation of Dartmoor National Park.
